Due to the consumable nature of supplements and nutrition products, refunds are only applicable in limited approved cases mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged, broken, leaked, or tampered during transit.
• Duplicate transaction or duplicate payment made by the customer for the same order.

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Muscle Mode Nutrition.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Taste, flavor, or personal preference issues.
• Incorrect shipping address or contact information provided by the customer.
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts.
• Refused delivery by the customer.
• Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control.

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway or banking error:

• The customer must provide proof of both transactions.
• After verification, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Refunds for duplicate transactions are generally processed and credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
